Refunds & Exchange Policy

By placing an order with Lumièra Paris, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

We accept returns only if:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, such as change of mind, dislike of style, or incorrect size selection.

All return/exchange requests must be submitted via email to:

Please include the following in your email:

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with the tamper-evident tag intact.
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Any returned item that does not match the original order (e.g. different product, worn item, swapped product) will be refused and sent back to you. All return shipping, duties, and re-delivery fees for such items will be at the customer’s expense. Lumièra Paris reserves the right to withhold the refund and refuse any further return requests from that account.

For approved returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment, Lumièra Paris will cover return shipping costs.
For all other cases (if accepted under special review), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you and return the item back to you at your cost.
